What we process
AI requests use a private, short-lived screenshot asset. We do not store screenshot pixels, chat messages, OCR text, or prompt-recreation output in our database or logs.
Where data goes
All accounts temporarily upload screenshots to ClipAI's private Supabase storage in Singapore for up to one hour. For AI processing, China mainland accounts use Volcengine Ark; other-region accounts use OpenRouter with zero-data-retention and input/output logging disabled. We do not automatically switch AI providers across those routes.
Retention and rights
Temporary assets expire within one hour. Billing and usage records retain only operational metadata. Contact the support address configured for this deployment to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data.
